RiskClear has been designed primarily with the NSQHS Standards in mind, supporting hospitals and healthcare providers to embed accreditation readiness into everyday governance, risk and quality activities. The platform is also highly configurable and can be tailored to support other relevant healthcare and quality frameworks, including ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, NATA, RTAC and the Aged Care Quality Standards, as well as organisation-specific requirements.

 

RiskClear comes with over 200 standard reports covering all areas of governance, risk, quality, and compliance — ready to use straight out of the box with no setup required.

Yes — we offer comprehensive onboarding training for all new clients, including live video sessions with our Client Liaison & Learning Manager, Giselle Latta, who brings over 30 years of nursing and healthcare experience to every training session. We also have an extensive online training resource library available at any time.

RiskClear offers local Australian support, available 9am to 7pm AEST. We guarantee a same-day response to all support requests received within these hours, and the majority of enquiries are responded to within 2 hours. You will always be speaking with someone who knows RiskClear and understands healthcare — not an overseas help desk.

You will have direct access to our small, dedicated team — including Giselle for training and support, and John for technical queries. We value the relationships we build with our clients and believe in personal, ongoing support rather than anonymous help desks.
